Our lay-by option allows customers to pay for their iPhone over a period of up to 6 months.
Customers are responsible for completing their payments within the agreed 6-month period.
If a customer cancels their lay-by, 30% of the amount paid will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If the lay-by is not completed within the 6 months, 40% of the amount paid will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
