Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns are handled as exchanges only.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their iPhone, provided that the device is in its original condition.

The device must be returned with all original accessories, packaging and included items. Devices that have been damaged, altered or used in a way that affects their original condition may not qualify for an exchange.
